Hi! I'm Sharon
I’ve been involved in the wonderful world of amateur pantomime for over twenty years and have a great love for the theatre. Whether it’s performing, directing, or helping behind the scenes with props and chaos control, theatre is my happy place.
When I’m not performing or writing scripts, I volunteer at a local theatre, helping out with everything from ushering shows to supporting toddler clubs. I’m also a keen singer and a member of two choirs, with a couple of Rock School singing exams under my belt.
As you can probably tell, I truly love being on stage. But when I’m out of the spotlight, I enjoy unwinding by swimming or travelling. As a former travel agent, I’ve had the chance to explore some pretty cool places.
It is always a privilege and a delight to see a script transform from the page into a joyous, all-singing, all-dancing pantomime, and I’m constantly amazed by the brilliant and clever ways in which societies, groups and individuals interpret and portray different characters to make each and every show unique.
