In a kingdom obsessed with fashion, kind-hearted tailor Percy Tinker is tasked with creating a spectacular outfit for the emperor’s grand birthday parade. But the scheming Prime Minister, Baron Starcher, plots to humiliate the emperor and seize power by hiring tricksters Snip and Tuck to convince him to wear an “invisible” magical suit.

When Percy’s marvellous musical trousers are stolen, he joins forces with the clever Betty Bobin, Princess Pearl, and the mysterious Fairy Glimmer to expose the deception before disaster strikes. With the parade fast approaching, Percy must outsmart the villains and prove that honesty is more important than vanity.
